Using an innovative combination of radio discussion groups and drama creation to involve young people from across the country, the Search for Common Ground project is transforming the way in which youth in Timor-Leste deal with conflict. The result is that young people have moved away from adversarial approaches towards cooperative solutions. The project also improves the development prospects of youth through skills building, media and outreach activities, and enhanced mechanisms for collaboration.
